I really never traveled by plane. I really don 't know where to begin my search, let alone know if I' m getting a lot. We 'd be traveling to Michigan (you can fly from Detroit or Lansing). I 'fun would it be seen VE Bill Shatner and the rest of advertisements … but what or where? Without having to travel too far by taxi (we don 't want to have to rent a car). Where should I look for really good deals? We are extremely flexible on our details (it only requires hot), I hardly need to be during the 2nd or 3rd weekend in March. We would need a flight and a hotel. Just really looking to blow my tax returns and to show my girlfriend a long time. Need help or suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I 'm a seasoned veteran of the air, but I never traveled with my daughter before. I ' "m ready to know what security will be like (remove shoes, take out the laptop, etc..), But anyone knows of experience regardless of whether one can take an empty sippy cup for sure? I don 't plan to fill it until after we pass the checkpoint, but I prefer to bring one with us so that we don' t have to deal with any possible trouble at the airport or during flight. Could not find anything specific to this in the TSA or the Department of State 's Web site, so if you can tell from experience or can point me to a reputable online source would be appreciated. Thanks!
